With all invoices sent out to clients, we work with a 50% deposit then 50% on completion basis.
This system protects both yourself and our company, as in a few cases a great deal of work will have been done for a client, and either that client has to stop development because they are no longer moving ahead with that project. or.. we are not hitting the mark they set out for, in either case, to protect the work we have invested into the project we retain the right to keep that deposit to cover any time spent.
We will always strive to keep you happy, and with this will always finish any project we have set out to do. However as explained above the deposit is non refundable.
We will always discuss these terms at the time of beginning any project to be clear before proceeding.
